Our No Gi Jiu Jitsu program focuses on the fast-paced, gripless version of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practiced without the traditional gi (kimono). Instead of using clothing to control and submit opponents, this style relies heavily on body positioning, pressure, timing, and technique — making it perfect for self-defense, MMA, and sport grappling.
